This site, purchases and accounts are created and maintained via Wix and follows their policies and guidance.

Any and all information you provide will only be used for the purposes of fulfilling your order. If you have any questions or concerns, please get in touch via email (joannenewton@hotmail.co.uk) or social media.

Shipping Policy

Please be aware that Jojo's Baby Creations is a small business ran by one person and therefore there may be small disruptions and delays in the processing or shipping of your order.

However, standard process aims for delivery of your order within 3-5 days if delivery is selected at checkout. Orders will not be processed without payment.

All orders are posted via Royal Mail Tracked. Once your order is shipped, you should receive an email confirming the tracking number. You can use this to track your order on the Royal Mail website.

Collections:

Orders are usually available within 5 days. Please send a message via social media the day before collection to confirm. Collections are usually arranged twice a week.

If you need your order before a specific date then please get in touch prior to placing an order to ensure I can meet this deadline.

Returns and refunds

We hope that you are satisfied with your order - but if this isn't the case we are able to accept returns for up to 14 days after delivery as long as the items are returned in the same condition they arrived including tags.

Please contact me via email (joannenewton@hotmail.co.uk) or social media to arrange the return. Unfortunately I am unable to refund postage costs.
